We prepare and pack orders with care at our small family farm in Pine Creek, Queensland. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Preparation time
Most in-stock orders will be prepared for dispatch within our normal processing time.
Some products are handmade in small batches. If an item is out of stock and needs to be made for your order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch. This is preparation time, not delivery time.
Seasonal growing conditions may also affect availability. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the shipping service and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our preparation time and may vary.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping offers
Eligible Australian orders over AUD $120 may qualify for free shipping. The shipping charge shown at checkout confirms what applies to your order. This offer does not apply to international orders.
