Ginger is one of the seasonal botanicals we're growing at Mango Valley Farm in the Bundaberg region. We're looking forward to sharing more from the farm as the season unfolds.

Indicative harvest season: May to August. These months are a guide only; the actual harvest and availability depend on the weather and how the plants grow each season.
